Bible Study is held at Grove City Christian School on Tuesday mornings every week from 7:15-7:50 in Mrs. McKay’s room. Students take turns bringing food for this Bible Study as well. This group mainly consists of juniors and seniors, however it is open to anyone in high school. There are a few different leaders for this Bible Study, however, they are always students. Taylor Oda and A.J. Gillespie are the two of the main leaders for this Bible Study.  When students lead the Bible Study, it helps get other students involved and interested in attending.

This week, A.J. led Bible Study and he talked about what real love looks like. He used 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 as his reference. This passage of verses talks about how love is patient, kind, not rude or envious. It hopes all things, believes all things and endures all things. The main point that stood out to everyone is that love endures all things. Love is true, but it has its hardships as well. Many people noticed how much actual “love” they do not have with people based on these few verses.

God’s love is the perfect kind of love that this passage describes and he shows it toward everyone at any time.
