GCCS Food Drive
January 4, 2018

Many of the students at Grove City Christian participated in a food drive during the week of December 11, 2017. On Friday, December 8, the entire school was asked to bring in a cereal box and then they would receive a dress down day. Many students took this offer and because of that, got a dress down day. The food drive continued throughout the following week. Throughout that week, students in the elementary school were asked to bring in jello and pudding cups, 5th and 6th graders were asked to bring in soup and pasta, 7th and 8th rice, stuffing and hamburger helper, and lastly the high school was asked to bring in peanut butter and jelly. Student council members picked up these items on December 15. The school then contributed these items to the Southwest Ministerial Association. This association had a shortage of all of these items so the school felt a strong desire to help those in need around us!
